How does this subscription box work?

Please review the PsalmandSanaa Box Subscription terms carefully to make certain that they are understood before enrolling. The terms contain important information regarding your subscription purchase, including shipping, renewal, and cancellation terms. P&S Boxes are shipped bi-monthly. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renewed unless you cancel or we terminate your account due to non-payment.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy.

P&S Subscriptions are Six months and One Year Prepaid Subscriptions that will be shipped out between the 15th and 25th of the shipping month. If purchased before the 5th of the shipping month, you will receive your box during the current shipping period. If purchased after the 5th of the shipping month, your box will be delivered during the next shipping period. (Please see the shipping schedule below). You will be immediately billed for your Prepaid Subscription upon purchase, $111.00 six month membership subscription, $194.00 one year membership subscription (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) for a term of six months (three P&S boxes) or a term of one year (five P&S boxes, one box free). This payment includes taxes and shipping charges. Prepaid subscriptions automatically renew up to three weeks before the end of the term, unless you timely cancel, your credit card on file will be charged.

One Time Purchase Gift Boxes will be shipped out 5-7 days of purchase. You will be immediately billed for your One-Time Purchase Gift Box upon purchase, $40.00 plus shipping, taxes, and handling (as a non-refundable minimum purchase).


Can I return items?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have received damaged items in your Psalm&Sanaa box, please contact our customer service team within two (2) days of receiving your box: Any P&S Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund.

All boxes are shipped through USPS. We will mail you your tracking number once your box is shipped. In the case that your P&S Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we will not be held accountable for the missing items and will not offer a replacement or refund. Please contact USPS with the tracking information that we provided you to file an insurance claim. Please note that shipments usually may take 5-7 days to reach their final destination. Due to COVID-19 shipping times have increased. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the PsalmandSanaa customer service team. 


How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service team: Please note that your credit card will be charged three weeks before the reoccurring subscription has ended. If you no longer want your credit card to be charged, you must cancel before this time. If you cancel after your card has been charged, a refund will not be granted and you will receive the P&S box for that month. Cancellations must be in effect prior to the billing date of the subscription renewal, but after receiving the box that was last purchased. 


When should I expect to receive my box?

P&S subscription boxes are shipped bi-monthly between the 15th and 25th of the shipping month.

One-Time purchase boxes are shipped 5-7 of purchase.


Can I expedite shipping for my One-Time Purchase Box?

We are not offering any expedited shipping services at this time


P&S subscription boxes are shipped in the following months:

February; April; June; August; October, and December

About Us

After a lay off from her corporate job in the financial industry in 2009,  Nia Mobley took a break in her corporate career and began the journey of becoming an entrepreneur. In 2012, she started a family with her husband of three years. P&S began in 2014 as a passion for Nia Mobley to create unique and fashionable accessories for her family. Very soon after her daughters and husband began wearing Mobley's handmade creations, people would inquire how to purchase them. Mobley started selling her hair accessories and lapel pins on ETSY. Soon the demand became larger than her living room could handle. In order to manage the increase in demand, Mobley reinvented the company to personalize curated gift boxes for boys and girls. We now offer carefully crafted curated accessory gift boxes for boys and girls ages 6 months to 12 years old.  Our boxes can be purchase as a One Time Gift Purchase or as a Six Month and One Year Subscription. As children grow, it is important to us to increase their educational learning, each box includes a Successory, a learning activity for the child and their family to enjoy.  We hope that you enjoy your P&S purchase we strive to make each box unique and filled with joy and excitement, just like our girls Psalm and Sanaa!
